Statements of Learning
NAPLAN tests reflect state and territory curricula via the Statements of Learning for English and Mathematics. They are the result of collaborative work by state and territory education authorities and other representatives to achieve greater consistency in state and territory curricula. They set out the knowledge, skills, understandings and capacities that students in Australia should have the opportunity to learn and develop in English and Mathematics.

Analysing NAPLAN
As part of NSSAB compliance Diocesan schools are required to analyse their NAPLAN data and develop a whole school Literacy and Numeracy action plan on an annual basis.

The following QCCA documentation may be of assistance:
  • Test Protocols
  • NAPLAN Test Item Analysis - A BIC (Brief identification code) and password are needed to access the collected NAPLAN item analysis from the secure section of the QCAA website.
